1PM til 10PM. Nine hours. This is a daytime festival that runs into the night, not a night that opens at eleven, so the middle of the afternoon is the middle of the party.

Roll in at 9PM and you have bought the last hour.

Where exactly on Wall Street?

The festival runs across multiple venues on the Wall Street block, so once you are on the block you are in the right place. Follow the block, not one door.
